Installation Crew Leader

Job Description 

The Crew Leader position is a key position responsible for the timely, quality installation of our Sunrooms, Screen Rooms, Pergolas, Patio Covers, and Decks. This position is responsible for making our customer’s project come to life and ensuring all products are installed accurately, in a timely manner, and to the satisfaction of our valued customers.

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • 4-8 years’ experience in carpentry and general construction 

  • Ability to measure, compute and order materials needed for a job 

  • A positive, team-oriented, problem-solving approach to sales challenges/opportunities 

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Be responsible for a crew of 3-4 team members

  • Ensure that your crew knows details of the job to be installed and have loaded proper materials and equipment on truck. 

  • Oversee the performance of your crew and train them on proper procedures. 

  • Know proper installation procedures for all the Company products. 

  • Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.  

 

Compensation:

Mizell’s Renovations offers the successful candidate:

  • Based on skill level and experience, $25-30/hr. to start

  • Paid time off

  • Company provided truck

  • Company provided tools
